Baby swimming school

My husband and I are very impressed of the quality of the swimming lessons. Our bub is 5 months old and he is been going to Aquanat since he was 10 weeks or so..he loves it! The instructors are very experienced, very warming and calming, you won't certainly feel left alone in this environment. The space is cosy, private and small enough to feel unique and precious. There is plenty of room to change bub and parents with a unisex changing room and female changing room, there are showers and the place is so neat and tidy! Babies are carefully followed since their first touch of the water, it is so nice to see it. We feel very relaxed when come to aquanat. 10 out of 10, very good job guys!

Amazing place and very friendly trainers !! Highly recommend for starters

Very dissapointed, we had to miss 2 lessons as we had the flu, another lesson as we were interstate, and another as we had a car accident ON THE WAY TO OUR LESSON. No refund for missed lessons, and next to no chances to do makeup lessons. Not to mention they are $4 more expensive than anywhere else, $21 for 30mins!!!!

My experience with Aquanat has been amazing, with principals based on high integrity, which have been clearly delivered through the whole process of enrollment, participation and even after. Thank you Aquanat team!!

I took my son at 9 months old and although I thought the school ethos was very good, I felt Kaz our swim school teacher continuously degraded me as a parent and mocked the other parents, so much so, that what should have been fun and safe swimming classes, ended up with someone on a power trip who was just plain rude and abusing her position. We went to several sessions, but her attitude made it very unpleasant, so we ended up quitting.

I had physio sessions with Mansi. She is one of the best in Perth. very kind and friendly. she explains everything by details and spend time and energy for her patients. I feel comfortable with her. she has great experience and very professional in her job.

I love jump!Dave & Sheryl are lovely and welcome you with smiles.It's a small intimate space which is welcoming and my daughter loves it.Pool nice and warm too :-)

I would give 0 stars if an option.First lesson even after arriving early the paperwork took longer than expected with the front desk. Wasn't just $35 plus two weeks. It was $35 + 2 weeks + the whole month lessons in advance.The lady teaching the lesson was grumpy we were late" even though we begun paperwork with over 30 mins before lesson.If you don't cancel 2 weeks before the start of a new month they charge the whole next month to your card.We couldn't make 2 lessons (called with ample time) so make-up lessons were to replace these but we werent called to be offered these nor were we told they had to be before our last paid day.(Meaning we paid $ 47.50 each lesson for the 3 lessons we were able to make) and no refunds or make-up lessons offered.Definitely would NOT recommend this swim school to anyone"
